Our portfolio is varied comprising of inner city and suburban properties as well as some luxury pads. We have a refreshing equal opportunities policy that does not discriminate on the grounds of ethnic background/race, nor do we discriminate against the unwaged. However we do insist on all tenants providing a property owning guarantor who will pass a credit check.
davison property is run by Russell Davison and his partner Wendy Nichols. Russell has been buying and renting property in Derby for 25 years. During that time he has developed and employed great systems so that the property lettings run efficiently and effectively. He has all the right skills and experience to manage property lettings for tenants and landlords; he trained as a Home Inspector by RICS and has all the right people skills from his previous career as a Social Worker.
Our service is only normally on offer to friends and family but we are open for discussion with anyone as we are currently looking to expand the business to look after 100 properties. This is our ceiling as we do not want to become too big. For us small and independent are the key words; that way we can guarantee to offer a top quality service, forming relationships with all our landlords and tenants. It also means we can stay under the VAT threshold which reduces the cost for our landlords by 20%!
