I have lived in a Davison Property since May 2008, and it has been a great pleasure to have Russell as a landlord. You sometimes hear horror stories about landlords, but I can honestly say, he is fair, friendly and always keeps me and other tenants up to date with affairs that concern us. Whenever something has been wrong (Which to my count is twice in three years) with our electric gates failing due to cold weather, it took him about half an hour to resolve the problem, which was brilliant. He even took steps to provide us with keys to unlock these gates if it ever happened again.
I’ve been living in his property for over three years now, and I have just renewed my contract for another year, but I know I’ll still stay here until I buy my own home, which may be a few years away. I had no hesitation in renewing the contract, simply because I trust him completely and know if there was ever a problem, he would be understanding.
If anyone rents with Davison Property, I guarantee you would have a great experience, with no problems or hassles whatsoever. Everything is done by the book, regular visits from gas safety engineers, issues fixed straight away and any other problems, if they occur, are resolved straight away. Russell really does care about his tenants, which is very rare from a landlord. A cracking bloke.

I moved into my flat 16 months ago which is owned by Russell Davison Property….I love the flat as it is modern, secure and comfortable…Any problems I have had, of which there have not been many, have been dealt with in a professional and friendly way by Russell or his partner…I hope to spend many more years here and would certainly recommend them to my friends or family.

It was an absolute pleasure living in a Davison property at Derby. People are often very quick to criticise landlords and slow to praise good service. As 5 medical students, we were extremely happy throughout our time at the property and with the service we received. The house had quality furnishings throughout and any issue with Russell was sorted by himself or his business partner extremely quickly. Highly recommended.
